Do I need the Starter Box to use the app?
The free Companion App works independently — sign up on this website to access it. But you need physical cards to actually play the game.
Can I buy booster packs without a Starter Box?
Yes, but you'll need a Starter Box (or borrow one) to play. Booster packs are great for expanding an existing deck.
Does card rarity affect gameplay?
Zero. Common cards are just as powerful as Legendary foil cards. There are 3 rarity tiers — Common, Rare, and Legendary — but rarity is purely for collectors.
When can I buy these cards?
