What We Collect

When you create an account, we store:

• Your email address — used for login and account recovery.
• Your display name (alias) — visible to other players in matches and on leaderboards.
• Match history, deck lists, and card collection — the game data you generate.

We don't process payments. Physical cards are bought on Amazon, which handles payment under its own privacy policy, and we never see or store your payment details.

How We Use Your Data

• To run your matches, track your scores, and display leaderboards.
• To send you service emails (account verification, match invitations).
• To aggregate anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the game.
• If you joined our pre-launch waitlist, we keep your email address to send you Legacy Domination news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your data to third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

The app uses local storage and cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (theme, onboarding progress, installed-app dismissal). No tracking cookies or third-party ad scripts are used.

Data Retention

Your account and game data are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing Dan@legacycards.co.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Base44 for hosting and backend services, and Google/Apple for OAuth login. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. No other third parties have access to your data.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. For any privacy request, contact Dan@legacycards.co.

Children's Privacy

The game is designed for players aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
