Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Legacy Domination companion app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The Companion App

The Legacy Domination companion app is free. No subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases. The app handles game state, scoring, and market mechanics for players who own physical Legacy Domination cards. A digital-only play mode is also available.

Your Account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• One account per person. Don't share your login.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't use the app to cheat, harass other players, or automate gameplay.

User Conduct

Don't use the app to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate match outcomes.
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the app's data or game logic.
• Impersonate other players or the game's creators.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules. Severe violations may result in a permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

All card artwork, game rules, card names, and the Legacy Domination brand are owned by Legacy Domination. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the game's content without permission. Fan content (videos, blog posts, community guides) is welcome and encouraged.

Physical Cards

Physical cards are sold through our listings on Amazon. Purchases, payment, shipping and returns are handled by Amazon and subject to Amazon's terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for data loss, match interruptions, or connectivity issues. Game mechanics and card stats may change between editions; physical card values are printed and immutable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Domination's liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the free companion app, is zero).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
